How to Order
Visit www.castorpolluxpet.com, click on “Paw Made” Designer Doggie Labels and follow the directions to upload a photo and place an order. The following file formats are accepted: JPG, JPEG, PNG and BMP. Files should be at least 100 KB in size and can be up to 4 MB. One dog only per order - we are unable to use photos with more than one dog. Delivery takes up to 3 weeks.

Strike A Pose, Pooch
To make sure every custom label comes out perfectly, it’s important to provide a high-quality image. We recommend following these guidelines when photographing your dog:
1. Set camera image quality to medium resolution (about a 1MB jpg file)
2. Have your dog sit, facing you on a contrasting background (green grass is good, for instance)
3. Be sure your dog’s face is well lit. Lighting (sun) should be coming from over your shoulder
4. Hold up your dog’s favorite toy or a treat to coax out a “smile” or other favorite expression
