Pet of the Week

Dear customer service/personnel,
My name is Don V. I have just started using your product Organix dog food for our three dogs.
We have had a female Welsh Corgi for about nine years, a male Doberman, for about five years, and just this year received a Bichon Frise as a gift (a small female)
We had been feeding our dogs the same food (I can't even think of the brand name forever) and occasionally the Corgi would get a hotspot, and the Doberman would always get hot spots on his legs somewhere. We just figured it was nerves and the hotspots would come and go . However, when we got the Bichon Frise... we noticed immediately she started to get hotspots. So we changed the food for all three dogs to another major brand name.... and noticed no real difference. (In fact it may have gotten worse)
A personal friend of mine is an employee of yours. She works in your Customer Service department. I told her about the issues I was having with my dogs, and she told me about Organix. I gradually changed all of the dogs food over a period of about 10 days. She suggested a gradual change to avoid any complications with their digestive systems. It has been over two weeks now and there are no hotspots on any dog, they seem healthy and happy.
I will attach a few pictures of these dogs, but I just wanted to thank you for what I think will prove to be a great product for these dogs. Which in turn will make our family life a bit smoother. I have personally thanked her but I thought you might add this to her personnel file.
You have a new customer as well as someone who will speak well of your product within the circles I travel.
