Pet of the Week

Monte is our five month old puppy rescued from Beagles and Buddies, in El Monte, California. He is a Beagle/Dachsund mix born on December 20, 2007.
Monte's mom was dumped at the rescue hours before delivering a litter of seven puppies. I'm happy to report that not only were all the puppies adopted, but so was their mommy!
Monte's been part of our home for the last three months and he's a sheer joy! He loves not only people but other animals. His favorite thing to do is to go to the Sepulveda Basin Dog Park, in Southern California's San Fernando Valley, to play and run a mock! He will play fetch, roughhouse with other doggies, and every time the gate opens with a new group of doggies, Monte is there to greet them.
Monte fell in love with the wonderful Castor and Pollux products at the NUTS FOR MUTTS dog show put on by a great organization, New Leash On Life. The wonderful folks at Castor and Pollux were prominent supporters of this fine event and had a wonderful booth with all their goodies in the Organix line.
Monte loves the peanut butter cookies as a treat when doing his commands such as sit, stay, down and so on.
Monte has completely changed over to the ORGANIX® Puppy Formula and gets very excited when mealtime comes along. I have never seen him eat and enjoy himself the way he does with the ORGANIX® Puppy Formula.
The best decision we made this year was to adopt Monte and Monte made a great choice when he chose ORGANIX as his favorite food!
