What can and can’t I put on my custom product?

Please add the name of your pet and upload your favorite image. Names are limited to 12 characters. Please do not add or upload copyrighted materials, foul language or inappropriate images. One dog only per image— we are unable to use photos with more than one dog.

How long does it take to ship my custom products?

Custom products can take up to 5 business days to be produced and shipped. If you are ordering other products together with your custom products, we will ship your non-custom products first.

How much Natural Ultramix should my dog eat?

Feeding Directions: Feed 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 cans per 15 lbs. body weight per day. Amount of food your dog requires will depend on activity, age, environment, and breed. Feed at room temperature and refrigerate unused portion. Always provide access to clean fresh water and plenty of exercise.
